"Artsakhroad" Institute CJSC is mainly carrying out elaboration and preparation of design estimates in the fields of transportation, industrial and civil constructions.

Usage of modern equipment, tools and software at any stage of the design process is giving the opportunity to complete even very courageous designs within optimal timeframe.

Apart of the communication ways (streets, roads, bridges, overpasses, tunnels, pedestrian underground passage ways) we also carry out designs of small architectural forms (parking lots, public transportation stations, resting areas, observation areas, facilitation of drinking water), water reservoirs, rope ways, slalom slopes, sled slopes as well as production facility’s design of the road and transportation enterprises.

Design and elaboration of cost estimate documentations for all necessary underground and surface facilities (gas, water main, sewerage, storm water, electric power lines, telephone lines, trolley bus contact lines, external lighting system) are also included in the design package.

Technical Supervision of the Construction work is supervision of the construction characteristics correspondence according to the Technical requirements and acting Construction Norms and Rules of the Republic of Armenia.
Any construction material used on the site is tend to be tested, all volume based sizes is checked and calculated, pictures of the all construction processes will be taken, daily written records as well as written confirmation of work volume executed by contractor.

Technical Supervisor carry out the investigation of the raised issues on daily basis and proposing the execution program in case of any non-correspondence with the time table of the construction process and/or in case of other technical problems.

The Author’s supervision is carried out during all construction period, ensuring the correspondence of the implementation of the construction with the approved designs.
The main purpose of the Author’s supervision is: to give the quick decision for any raised issues in design, if necessary, make comprehensive changes in the design as well.

The Laboratory for testing the construction materials is one of the important and inseparable links during the whole construction process. It represents itself as the consulting service.

The Laboratory is carrying out the following services:

• Tests on any types of soils
• Tests on binding, liquid and inert materials
• Selection of asphalt concrete, test on ready mixture from AC plant in applied and non applied conditions, test on drilled sample as well as determination of the AC pavement roughness
• Selection of the cement concrete, determination of the strength
• Determination of the humidity and density as well as quality of the road bed soil
• Training courses for laboratory staff of production enterprises
